摘要
孤平1井是胜利油田第一口水平段超千米的预探水平井,通过优化工程设计、采取相应的工程技术措 施,克服了超长水平段井眼轨迹控制难度大、中靶要求高、地层易漏失、扭矩和摩阻大、大井斜段及水平段取心困难 等技术难题,顺利钻至设计井深,并圆满完成了地质任务。孤平1井实钻水平段长1054.15m,创全国陆上水平井水 平段最长的纪录。在分析该井施工难点的基础上,详细介绍了该井工程设计、井眼轨迹控制及钻井液技术,并总结分 析了钻井过程中采取的一些成功作法,例如防卡技术、井眼净化技术、合理使用PDC钻头、大井斜段及水平段取心 技术等。
The Guping 1 Well is the first one of pre-exploration horizontal wells with horizontal hole section more than 1000m. Through optimizing engineering design and taking proper technical measures, this well was drilled to the planned depth and fulfilled its geological tasks after overcoming drilling challenges of difficult well path control, high requirements for hit-targets, easy circulation loss, large torque and drag, difficult coring in high angle and horizontal hole sections. Actual horizontal hole section length of 1054.15m set up a new record of the longest horizontal hole section in inland China. On the basis of analyses of operational difficulties, this paper presents in detail engineering design, well path control, and drilling fluid system. In addition, this paper summarizes some successful measures taken during drilling process, such as sticking prevention, wellbore cleaning, making good use of PDC bits, coring samples in high deviation and horizontal hole sections, etc.
