摘要
目的探讨早期自体结膜角膜缘移植联合羊膜贴敷术治疗早期重度眼部化学伤疗效。方法分别对自体结膜角膜缘移植术和自体结膜角膜缘移植联合羊膜贴敷术两组的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果自体结膜角膜缘移植联合羊膜贴敷组比自体结膜角膜缘移植组角膜上皮修复快,角膜新生血管少,假性胬肉少,视力好。结论早期自体结膜角膜缘移植联合羊膜贴敷术是治疗早期重度眼部化学伤的有效方法。
Objective To explore the curative effect of the conjunctival limbal autografi （CLAU）combined with amniotic membrane patching（AMP） to treat early severe ocular chemical injury. Methods Retrospective review the curative effect of CLAU group and CLAU with AMP group. Results The corneal epithelium in CLAU with AMP group repaired faster than the CLAU group. The vision in CLAU with AMP group was better than the CLAU group. Conclusion CLAU with AMP is an effective method in treating early severe ocular chemical injury.
