摘要
信贷资产证券化自20世纪70年代初出现在美国住房抵押贷款市场以来,已成为近30年来国际金融领域最重大的创新之一,随着我国市场经济体系的进一步发展与完善,推进资产证券化对于健全和稳定我国资本市场具有重要意义。
In the Early 1970＇ s credit assets securitisation appeared in American housing mortgage market. It has already become one of the greatest innovations in intemational finance field in recent 30 years. With the further development and perfecting of Chinese market economic system, it is significant to assets securitisation to stablize our capital market.
