摘要
治理供应链成员间关系的模式有市场治理、科层治理和关系治理三种各自有其优劣势。但关系治理有效结合了市场治理和科层治理的优势,避免了两者的不足,能较好地适应现代市场竞争的要求,实现独立公司间的规模经济,获得高于或低于纵向一体化的收益,更有利于扩展企业的竞争优势。
Market governance, hierarchical govemanee and relationship governance are three different governance paradigms to govem the relationship among the supply chain participants,This paper proposes that the relationship governance is a new governance paradigm acclimatizing modem market conditions with hierarchical governance. It helps to achieve indepent lorporate large scale production and management, gain the benefit of vertical integration and promote enterprises ＇ competitive advanteg.
