江西省九江市是“综合性区域卫生发展项目”的3个贷款省市之一,在1988年底卫生部、世界银行评估通过了这个城市的“区域卫生发展概略规划”。1990年项目开始启动,经过几年的规划,九江市的卫生资源在布局、结构、规模等方面发生了明显的变化,取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着许多问题,
The purpose of the regional planning is to make health resources rationalhy allocated. The regional planninghas gained some achievements in these years. But there still are some barfers in some aspects,such as men's incohereat cognition of the region al planning of health resources and back ward mind,within the region,the relations of different levels of institutions health and their functions are not clear. The article puts forward some relevant strategies for these phenomena.
