摘要
基于弹塑性理论的型钢辊式矫直压弯挠度一直难以得到工程适用的精确解。通过建立适当的矫直力学模型,结合计算机和数学分析,求出了型钢辊式矫直的反弯挠度与力、力矩的数学关系,并与传统及工程采用的方法比较,证明更符合实际情况和矫直理论。同时以H型钢为典型做了全面研究。对工程上工艺参数的制定有重要价值。
It is difficult to get an engineering accuracy answer of bending deflection for the section roller straightening according to elastic-plastic mechanics theory. Adequate mechanics model of section is established, combined with computer and mathmatics analysis, the relation between force and bending deflection of the section roller straightening is deduced. Compared with the traditional and engineering method, it is shown that the analytic solution accords with the production conditions and straightening theory and can give an important reference for the establishment of technological parameters
