摘要
车身门盖件与相应开口部分曲面匹配的间隙均匀度和平整度是影响车身产品功能及外观的重要因素。为提高两者匹配的间隙均匀度,引入Hausdorff有向距离作为匹配质量的度量函数,通过有限元仿真计算获得匹配铰链中心线变化量,建立了计入焊接热效应影响的匹配优化模型,同时基于遗传算法实现匹配变量的并行快速寻优。通过某车门匹配调整的实例应用表明该方法显著提高匹配质量。
Gap evenness and flushness between BIW (Body-in- white) openings and closure panels not only affect auto-body product anesthetic value, but also cause functional problems. Aimed to improve fitting quality, the Hausdorff distance is used to measure the degree of match effect and a synthetic fitting model is proposed combining influence of welding thermal effects. A genetic algorithm is utilized to search global optimization of interest fitting variables and a sottware prototype is developed.
