介词“向”对“问”的替换——兼谈方言介词“问”的历史演变

介词“问”引出动作对象,活跃于现代方言。这个介词来源于动词,在连动结构中虚化。它一度在通语领域十分活跃,后来被介词“向”替换,仅存于方言。其衰变原因是语义范围的局限。

“WEN”（问）as a preposition originates from the process of verb functionalization, which is founded on serial verb . It was very activity for a time. But finally it was replaced by the preposition of “XIANG” （向）, and just exist in dialect. The limited meaning is just the reason of its dwindling in the common language.
