确定以人为本作为民族院校大学生思想政治教育的理念,对于进一步加强和改进民族院校大学生思想政治教育具有重要而特殊的意义。长期以来,在思想政治教育中,不太重视以人为本,既没有搞清楚人是什么,也没有弄清本为何物。民族院校的特殊性决定了在以人为本的大学生思想政治教育中要尊重学生的人格和个性,尊重学生的自由和权利,尊重学生的能力和创新,要做好“换位、定位、到位”三位一体的学生激励。
