摘要
地区电网全局电压无功优化控制系统是以提高电压合格率、降低网损为目标,从全局角度对地区电网进行优化,得到变压器分接头档位升降以及并联补偿电容投切方案。该系统采用了电网的实际结构参数和运行参数进行潮流的仿真计算,充分结合电网实际,对地区电网进行全局优化控制,并巧妙地将理论分析数据与实际监控数据进行综合考虑,取得了比较好的效果。
To increase voltage qualified rate and decrease power network loss is the aim of global optimization control system of voltage and reactive power in regional power grid. It optimizes regional power grid, and achieves some special plans to regulate transformer tap changers and to put in-cut out parallel compensation capacitors. Adopting the practical structure parameters and operative parameters for simulative calculation of power flow, combining fully power grid's real situation, and combining cleverly (ingeniously)theoretical analysis with practical monitor data ,the system have got very satisfactory results.
