摘要
在小水电工程项目建设中要充分利用水资源又要节约投资,这就需要进行多目标、多方案的择优。本文采用基于熵的投影决策法对多个方案进行择优。应用结果表明,该方法是合理、可行的。
The water resources should amply be used and the investment should be saved in the construction of small water power project,therefor,the optimum seeking of many objectives and many schemes is made. The paper uses the projection al decision method based on entropy for the optimum of many schemes. The result indicats that this method is rational and feasible.
