二甲双胍治疗糖尿病高血脂的临床评价

The Action of Dime thylbiguanidum（DMBG） on Lipid Metabolism in patients with Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus

目的 观察口服降糖药盐酸二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血脂代谢的作用。方法 54例2型糖尿病患者口服二甲双胍0．75～1．5g／d，总疗程三个月。于治疗前及治疗后分别测空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及餐后2h血糖。结果 二甲双胍在降低血糖、降低血脂方面有较显著疗效P〈0．05，但餐前服用有胃肠道反应，改为餐间服用后，症状有所减轻。结论 二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者亦有降低血脂作用。

Objective To observe the act ion of oral DMBG on lipid metabolism in patients with type Ⅱ Diabetes, Methods 54 cases of type Ⅱ diabetics were given DMBG orally 0.75 - 1.5g/d, with a total course of 3 months. Fasting blood glucose （with 2 hour post-prandial blood glucose）, total cholesterol, triglycerides, height-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were examined prior and after the treatment course. Results DMBG showed significant effects on both blood glucose as well as blood lipid, P〈0.05.but the drug gave adverse gastro-iutestinal effect when taken before meal s, and the GI upset could be lessened when i t was taken in-between meals. Conclusion DMBG when given to type Ⅱ diabetics, the lowering of blood lipids were also significant.
