混合材水泥浆组分与强度性能对水泥石声速特征的影响研究 被引量:8

摘要 固井质量评价主要依赖于水泥胶结测井结果,而声波水泥胶结测井结果受被测介质(套管—水泥、水泥—地层)的影响。文章利用超声波测试手段,以水泥环为主要研究对象,探索了高、中、低3种密度混合材水泥石的声速特征,定性地分析了固井水泥配方设计(组分、强度性能)对水泥石声学特性的影响。实验表明:在正常密度水泥石实验中一般声速反应较规则,基本与强度正相关;不同类型外加剂控制水泥石工程特性的不同,凝固后形成水泥石的内部均匀、密实及晶相连续性特征不同,声速反应也不同。因此,利用声波水泥胶结测井结果进行固井质量评价时,不能忽视混合材水泥浆设计(组分、强度性能)对测井结果的影响。 The evaluation of well cementing quality mainly depends on the well logging results of cementation. And the sonic logging results of cementation arc influenced by the measured mediums (casing pipe - cement slurry and cement slurry - stratum). With ultrasonic testing tools, taking the slurry ring as the main research objective, the characteristics of sonic velocity are studied for the cement stones with mixing materials of 3 densities including high, middle and low. The influence of the cement formula (composition and strength) on the sonic characteristics of the cement slurry is analyzed qualitatively. The experiments show the cement stones with normal density have the regular response of sonic velocity usually, which is positive correlation with the strength basically) the principle to control the engineering characteristics of cement stones with different additives is different. So the features of homogeneity, tightness and continuity of crystal phase within the cement stones are different and the response of sonic velocity is not the same. Therefore, the influence of the cement formula with mixing materials (composition and strength) on the logging results can't be omitted when the well cementing quality is evaluated by the sonic logging results.
