清洁发展机制与我国天然气分布式能源站的发展 被引量:6

摘要 采用天然气的热电冷联产分布式能源系统具有节能和环保的双重优势,但是由于天然气价格较高,初期投资和运行成本较高,因此市场推广还存在阻力。清洁发展机制(CDM)可以为能够实现温室气体减排的项目获得额外的资金补助。为此,估算了天然气热电冷联产项目的温室气体减排量,分析了该项目作为清洁发展机制项目的合格性问题,同时讨论了清洁发展机制对天然气热电冷联产项目可能产生的额外经济补贴。分析表明,合理利用清洁发展机制可以有力地促进天然气热电冷项目的推广。 Natural gas belongs to clean energy. The gas distributed energy system with joint heat, power and cold-energy generation has the dual advantages of energy saving and environment protecting. But its initial investment and operation cost are high since the gas price is high. So, the expansion of its commercial application is blocked. The clean development mechanism (CDM) can provide the additional fund for the projects that can reduce the emission of greenhouse gas. Therefore, the reduced volume of greenhouse gas emission is estimated for the gas project of joint heat, power and cold-energy generation. The qualification of the project as CDM project is analyzed. It is discussed how much CDM may provide the additional fund for the gas project of joint heat, power and cold-energy generation. The analysis shows CDM can promote the expansion of the gas project of joint heat, power and cold-energy generation strongly.
