摘要
对某轮主机十字头轴瓦白合金剥落的原因进行分析,根据检查、测量及调查结果,认为柴油机润滑油的压力、温度的不正常以及轴承间隙过大是导致十字头轴瓦白合金异常剥落的主要原因,并提出了预防措施。
A conclusion is given to unusual peeling of white alloy by checking, measuring investigating and analyzing. The main causes should be unusual pressure and temperature of lubricating oil, and overwide gaps between bearings. Some measures for prevention are also offored.
