浅析船舶舵系故障非常规修理

文章主要讲述了“邦建”轮舵系的故障现象,故障分析,系统检测及修复全过程。如果按常规方法维修,舵系必须进行拉线对中,镗孔,更换上、中、下舵承衬套。但我们根据实际检测情况,采用非常规修理方法,不但达到维修的目的,而且节省了修理时间和费用。

By describing the primary fault of rudder system and corresponding fault analysis, examining, repairing for “Bang Jian”vessel, this paper introduces the unconventional repair in common maintenance with the procedure of finding the center line, boring rudder system and changing the bushes including the top, the middle and the lower ones. It achieves not only the intention, but saving the time and cost. And all these are applauded highly by ship-owner.
