摘要
目前私营企业劳资关系在总体稳定的同时,部分企业出现的劳资关系紧张、劳资纠纷频繁状况,已成为人们关注的社会热点,成为制约私营企业乃至我国经济社会健康发展的严重问题。引发劳资关系不和谐的原因是多方面的。构建和谐的劳资关系是系统工程,需要政府、企业、工会三位一体共同参与,并建立规范、有约束力、可操作的调节机制。
The relations of labour and capital in some private enterprises, manifest tenseness and frequent dispute at present, have already become the social focus that people have paid close attention to, and become the serious problem of restricting the private enterprise and even social sound development of chinese economy . It is in many aspects to lose the harmonious of the relation between labour and capital.It will be a systematical engineering to construct the harmonious relationship between labour and capital, need the trinity of the government , the enterprise , and the trade union to participate in together, set up the norm , binding , regulation mechanism that can be operated in the practice.
