A Brief Account of Coordinative Mechanism for Integration of Ideas to Construct Socialist Harmonious Society

构建社会主义和谐社会,必须建立健全理念整合协调机制。这不但是构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求,而且是由理念本身的特点及其现实存在的复杂性决定的。建立健全理念整合协调机制,必须坚持经常性、平等性、优化性、过程性和导向性等基本原则,并努力构建理念交流平台,确保平等申述机会;加强保障机制建设,鼓励保护畅所欲言;健全优化整合规范,提高理念协调质量;完善整合反馈机制,及时总结调整提高;加强思想政治工作,巩固发展主导理念。

To construct socialist harmonious society, we must set up a sound coordinative mechanism for the integration of ideas. This is not only the internal request for the construction of socialist harmonious society, but also decided by the characteriatics of the ideas themselves and the complexity that their realistic existence has faced. To construct a sound coordinative mechanism for the integration of ideas, we must persist in basic principles to keep it on a regular, equal, optimized, progressive and directive basis. We shall also make our efforts to construct a platform for ideas exchange and ensure an equal opportunity for them to express themselves. We shall strengthen the construction of guarantee system to encourage people to speak their mind freely. We shall perfect the norm for optimization and integration and increase the quality of idea coordination. We shall amplify the mechanism for the integration and feedback and make summary, adjustment and increase in time. We shall also intensify the ideological and political work to solidify and develop the leading idea.
