On the Feeling Obstacles of Justice

公正是人类社会永恒的价值目标,也是和谐社会的重要特征之一。影响公正的因素是多方面的,就目前中国的现实而论,由于传统观念、现实利益以及操作便利等方面原因,人情在实践中已成为社会公正的严重障碍。因此,有必要在深入分析原因的基础上,努力探寻防治的对策。

Justice is the eternal objective of humanity, and is also one of the characteristics of the harmonious society. Justice can be influenced by various features, among which, human feeling is one of the key obstacles of justice nowadays in China. Moreover, this obstacle is very difficult to get rid of because of our traditional ideas, practical interests, and its convenience in operation. So, we should pay high attention to it and try to find out the countermeasures.
