摘要
文章针对目前高校教务处的一般状况及工作特点,提出“以人为本”的教务柔性管理,提倡教务处领导者与教务人员之间应进行有效的沟通和工作目标的协调,以充分调动教务人员的工作积极性和自我管理意识,把组织目标内化为个人目标的追求。
Aiming at the general conditions and working characteristics of the educational administration department of colleges and universities, this article puts forward the “human-based” flexible management of the educational administration and calls for efficient communication and coordination of the working objectives between the leader and the working staff of the educational administration department so as to fully mobilize the working enthusiasm and self-management consciousness of the staff and to switch the organization objectives into their personal pursuit.
