摘要
社会信用的重建是一项涉及全社会的系统工程,高等学校应该发挥重要作用。借助高等学校社会职能的三分方法,大致可以将高校参与区域社会信用重建的方式分为人才培养、科学研究和直接为社会服务三类:在人才培养上,高等学校应以诚信教育作为高校人文素质教育的基石;在科学研究上,高校要为社会信用体系建设提供理论指导和政策建议;在直接为社会服务方面,高校应积极建立信用中介和服务机构。
Regional social credit reconstruction is a systematic project which involves all the society and in which universities should play an important role. According to the three social functions, universities can participate in regional social credit reconstruction in three ways: they should take trust education as the cornerstone of moral education in terms of personnel cultivation, offer theoretical guidance and advice for policies to create the social credit system in terms of scientific research, and launch intermediary and service agencies in terms of social service.
