摘要
科技人才成长具有阶段性,大致经历预备阶段、适应阶段、迅速发展和稳定阶段、停滞和退缩阶段以及持续成长阶段。
Based on the sufficient analysis of stages in the course of science-technology talents＇ development and stabilization stage, stagnation and stage, and meanwhile the characteristics of the five talents＇ growth process, this paper discovers the five growth ： preparatory stage, adaptation stage, rapid withdrawal stage, and continued professional growth stages are discussed.
