摘要
现代管理的着眼点已经从对物的管理转变为对人的管理,以人为本已成为现代管理的灵魂。那么要想在管理活动中做到以人为本,必须要让管理中的人乃至全社会的人都要转变理念,抛弃过去那种落后的“以物为本”的管理理念,树立起“人的因素第一”、“尊重知识”与“尊重人才”的观念,追求人的全面发展的先进的以人为本的管理理念。
The focus of attention in modem management has been converted to people from substance, the idea of “people oriented” has been the soul of modem management. To accomplish this purpose, it is necessary for the people to change their ideas and desert those conceptions falling behind. We must set up these conceptions such as“putting people first”, “respecting knowledge”,“respecting talent” and “promoting the all-round development of people”.
