摘要
高校新校区过渡阅览室由大学生自主管理,高校馆采取文化管理、形象管理和协议管理的办法进行管理。大学生对阅览室的成功管理的事实充分说明:开发利用大学生资源是缓解高校图书馆人力资源不足矛盾的有效途径,大学生在优化服务形象的同时,自身能力得到了锻炼,并刺激和挑战高校图书馆员对角色的重新认知与定位。
Many new ways, such as culture management, images management and protocol management, have being used in the management of transitional reading-rooms in the new being-built college campuses. The successful fact of management by the students suggests that making use of the resources of the college students is the most useful way to relieve the problem of the lacking of human resources in the modem college library. In the process of management, the students' ability have been practiced which also stimulates the librarians to reconsider their roles and positions.
