福建省大宗农产品绿色贸易发展研究

Discussion on Current Situations and Development Strategy of Green-trade of Agricultural Products in Fujian

随着世界经济水平的不断发展,农业在国民经济中的地位越来越小,农业问题已不再是农业本身的问题,而是一个国家经济社会发展的重要基础,此时的农产品贸易发展战略,已经成为一种重要的战略发展的物质基础。实施农产品绿色贸易发展战略不仅是可能的,也是现实的。分析了福建省大宗农产品贸易的现状,在总结历史经验和发展趋势的基础上,提出了建设闽台绿色农业经济区,实施有管理的农产品绿色贸易发展战略和区域(地方)技术标准发展战略,加强制度创新,建立健全七大支撑和保障体系等相关的应对绿色贸易壁垒的对策和配套政策措施。

The problem of food safety is one of the deterring factors to agricultural economy development and raising peasant＇s income. How to develop regional agricultural economy and break through green barrio in Fujian？ Based on this, the current situation and problems were analyzed, the historic features and fufure trends were discussed, some suggestions in developmental strategies were put forward, and some relevant policy advices were also given in this paper.
