摘要
阐述了绿色生态城市的定义及特征,分析了沈阳目前的环境状况,指出近年来沈阳的生态环境不断恶化,包括周边生态环境的恶化,严重的空气污染、水污染及食品污染,与沈阳的经济发展不相协调,探讨了建设沈阳绿色生态城市的内容和重要意义。以此为出发点,提出了建设沈阳绿色生态城市的四个产业策略,即大力发展纸浆模塑产业,开发环保型的轿车,大力发展生态农业以及环保能源装备产业。
Defining the green/ecological city and its features, the current environmental conditions of Shenyang is discussed. Continuous degradation of the ecosystem and environment in the city including its peripheral suburban area and .serious air/water pollution and contaminated food have caused the city to be incompatible with its economic development. Based on the importance of a green city and what shall be done to realize it, an 4-industry strategy is proposed, i. e., pressing mold pulp wares with bagasses and reeds as raw material, environment friendly cars, ecologic agriculture and environment/energy-saving equipment.
