摘要
目的:测定清解颗粒中黄芩苷的含量.方法:采用高效液相法对制剂中黄芩苷进行定量测定.结果:黄芩苷在0.126～0.948μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.99993,平均回收率为96.39%,RSD=1.66%.结论:方法简便,准确,重复性好,精密度高,可作为该制剂中黄芩苷的质量控制方法.
AIM： To determine the Baicalin in Qingjie Granules. METHODS： Baicalin were determined by HPLC. RESULTS： Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.126 - 0.948μg, y = 0.99993. The average recovery was 96.39 %, and RSD = 1.66 %. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and with good repeating and high precision, and can be used for quality control of Qingjie Granules.
