摘要
目的:观察土鳖虫多肽的活血化瘀作用。方法:高分子右旋糖酐静注造成家兔血瘀模型,观察土鳖虫多肽对血瘀模型家兔血黏度、血小板聚集、血栓形成的影响。结果:土鳖虫多肽明显降低血瘀家兔血黏度、抑制血小板聚集和体外血栓形成。结论:土鳖虫多肽具有明显活血化瘀作用。
Objective：To observe the effects of the Eupolyphaga sinesis walk（ESW） polypeptide on blood stasis model of rabbit induced by macromolecule dextran. Methods ： The blood Stasis Model of Rabbit were induced by macromolecule dextran injected intravenously, and to observe the effects of the ESW polypeptide on blood viscosity, platelet aggregation and thrombosis of the model. Results ： The ESW polypeptide could reduce obviously the blood viscosity, inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce thrombosis of the model. Conclusions： The ESW polypeptide could promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis.
