摘要
本文认为,创新活动的本质是创造性,因此创新的人力资源管理也独具规律,其核心在于既要激发创新人员的创造性,又要使其服从创新活动的整体要求.本文从人力资源的计划、业绩评价以及奖励体系三方面进行了阐述.
This research holds that the nature of technological innovation is creativity and the human resoure management for innovation has it own regularity. The key point is to make the innovation staff subordinated to overall interest while stimulating their creativity. In this paper, the human resoure for innovation is analyzed through three aspect: planning achievement appraisal and system of rewards.
