摘要
高技术产业与其他产业相比,对知识和技术的依赖性更大,知识密集度更高.相应地,它对掌握知识与技术的主体——人的要求更高,高素质的人才是高技术企业获得成功的关键.研究人力资源这一特殊生产要素,对于充分利用人力资源,推动高技术产业发展具有重大意义,此即本文主旨.本文首先分析了风险企业内部的人力资源结构,运用效用分析方法研究人才激励机制,在此基础上进一步探讨了人才社会流动的成因、方式,并从宏观及微观两个层次分析流动对风险企业及高技术产业的影响.
Compared with other industries: high-tech industry reiles more heavily on knowiedge and technology, and has a higher technology-intensity. As a result high-quailth hunan resourceis indispensable to high-tech industrys successful operation. Because human resource is a special production factor, research on its full utilization is of great importance to the development of high-tech industry in doing this, this paper first analyzes the human resouce structure within a venture enterrise .Then the author goes on to study the stimulation mechanism of human resouice through utility analysis, Finally the reasons and forms of labor movement are nvestigated as well as its macro and micro effects on venture enterprises and high-tech industry.
