摘要 二氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)对烟草黑胫病的控制及其对osmotin基因表达有影响。PDJ处理可显著减轻烟草幼苗黑胫病的病情,用量为100mg/L时,控制效果可达69.57%,持续时间大约在15d;另外,PDJ诱导了烟草幼苗osmotin基因的表达,接种烟草黑胫病菌也可以诱导此基因表达,和不处理接种烟草比较,PDJ处理后接种的烟草osmotin基因表达强烈且时间长。 The control effect of PDJ to tobacco black shank was studied. Results indicated that foliar application of PDJ significantly reduced disease severity of black shank. The optimal concentration of PDJ was 100mg/L. The proper time of treatment was three days earlier than inoculation with Phytophthora Parasitica Var. nicotianae, and the induced resistance could last 15d. The influence of PDJ to osmotin gene expression was also studied. It showed that PDJ could induce the expression of osmotin gene, and inoculation also could induce osmotin expression, but in PDJ - treating tobacco osmotin genes expression could last more days.
