How to explore a new way to enhance the economic management in hospital theoretically and practically under the new situation? We should establish a leadership system in hospital which can meet the new requirements and set up a scientific and effective system of economic management and all kinds of regulations and rules. Theoretically, We should study the theory of e-conomic management, adhere to the principle of ' emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts' and be bold in practising. It's an important link to formulate a set of policy - making procedure in the hospital's management and policy - making; Methodologically, we should assimilate and draw lessons from the experience and technology from home and abroad, creat a new management method which is of both theoretical and practical value. Serving as a development in charge of medical and health work, we should in one way uphold unity in order to establish and perfect medical services market, in another way we should give instructions to various medical business entilies separetely according to various conditions. By employing analytical method of economic management, we collect the outcome of plan implementatin and then send the feedback to different executive units, this is an essential part to carry out the work of econmic management soundly. We should innovate the internal management system as well as improve the external environment for the operation of hospitals.
