四肢主要血管损伤的治疗分析

目的回顾分析64例四肢主要血管损伤的诊断与治疗疗效。方法采用四肢血管损伤后动脉、静脉修补、动脉,静脉直接吻合;动脉,静脉缺损静脉移植。结果64例病人修复血管后62例再通,1例髂外动脉损伤因诊断治疗不及时肢体严重肿胀,坏死而截肢,1例肱动脉损伤吻合血管后肢体远端无动脉搏动。结论四肢血管损伤要诊断,治疗及时,采用显微外科治疗可获得理想疗效。

Objective To report the clinical results of trcatment for main vascular injury of limbs. Methods 64 patients with vascular injury of limbs were retrospectively anslysed, on which microsurgical operations such as direct vascular anastomosis, vascular repair and venous transplantation for the severed trauma were performed respectively. Results 62 patients recovered completely, while one patient rehabilitated with salvage of the limb without return artery pulse, and only one patient bad the injured llmb amputated because of necrosis. Conclusions Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are indispensable in the management of parients with vasculax injury of limbs. Moreover, good clinical results could be achieved by microsurgery.
