300例婴幼儿泪囊炎疗效观察

目的探讨300例婴幼儿泪囊炎疗效。方法对300例婴幼儿泪囊炎患儿,年龄在一个月内者先进行保守治疗,泪囊区按摩加滴抗生素眼水。年龄在二个月以上者进行泪道冲洗,无效后尽早行泪道探通。结果300例婴幼儿泪囊炎患儿,130例经过保守治疗,有70例流泪消失;230例进行泪道冲洗,有110例泪道恢复通畅,120例泪道探通,其中110例泪道恢复通畅,10例第二天复诊,鼻泪管膜又闭锁,二个月后再行泪道探通,均达到治疗目的。结论婴幼儿泪囊炎通过保守治疗,泪道冲洗及泪道探通疗效满意。

Results 300 infant suffering dacryccystitis, 130 through conservative treatment, there are 70 the examples that the disappearance of shed tears; 230 the examples accept the tears way＇s washing, 110 tears way tecover opening, other 120 accept tears way probing, 110 tears way recover opening, 10 further consultation with a doctor second day, their Ductus nasolacrimalis membrane reatresia, the tears way probing after two month again, all attain to cures purpose. Conclusions After the patients accepting a conservative treatment, the curative effect of the tears way washing and the tears way probing is satisfied.
