石辛牙痛口含片对智齿冠周炎的止痛效果评价

Clinical study on shixinyatong buccal tablets alleviating the pain of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth

目的:评价石辛牙痛口含片对智齿冠周炎的止痛效果。方法:用随机、双盲、双模拟、阳性药(牛黄解毒片)平行对照的实验方法,记录冠周炎不同治疗方法、不同时间点疼痛积分的变化,根据积分的变化,判断石辛牙痛口含片和牛黄解毒片对冠周炎的止痛效果。结果:第3天时,石辛牙痛口含片疼痛缓解率为78.57%,牛黄解毒片为30.63%;第5天时,石辛牙痛口含片疼痛缓解率为98.21%,牛黄解毒片为70.27%,组间疼痛缓解率差别有统计学意义(P=0.0000)。结论:石辛牙痛口含片能早期明显缓解智齿冠周炎引起的疼痛症状,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广使用。

AIM：To evaluate the effeet to pain by alleviation Chinese herb shixinyatong buccal tablets of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth. METHODS：The seores by the pain of perieoronitis were collected in different therapy and different time in the clinie experiment which was random and double blind and double simulant and parallel comparison. The effect of Shixinyatong buccal tablets and Niuhuangjiedu pills alleviating the pain of pericoronitis was judged by the changes of the scores. RESULTS ：The rate of pain alleviat by Shixinyatong buccal tablets was 78.57% and Niuhuangjiedu pills was 30.63% in the third day. The rate of pain alleviated by Shixinyatong buccal tablets was 98.21% and Niahuangjiedu pills was 70.27% in the fifth day. The different rates of pain alleviation between two groups were significant（ P = 0. 0000）. CONCLUSION： Shixinyatong buceal tablets can greatly and quickly alleviate the pain caused by pericoronitis of wisdom tooth and improve the life quality of patients who suffered from perieoronitis of wisdom tooth. It could be recommended widely for clinical application.
