摘要
针对生产中19种煤进行了煤质分析和焦炭强度测定,以5群煤为基础,采用正交设计法进行配煤方案 制定,确定4因素3水平正交表L9(34),对不满足配比之和100%的试验号,按因素的配比分配其差值量。对试 验结果进行了级差分析,排列了各煤种影响因素的次序,并揭示出各煤种配比对焦炭强度的影响规律,确定出最 佳配煤方案。
Coal quality analysis and coke strength measurement are made on the basis of 19 kinds of coals used in production, based on 5 groups of coals, the coal blending scheme is formulated by means of orthogonal design method, 4 factors 3 horizontal orthogonal table Lo (34) is defined, the different value of 100% test number which can' t meet the sum of blending ratio is distributed in accord with the factor blending ratio. The rank difference analysis is made on test result, the order of influence factor of individual coals is arranged, and the influence law of blending ratio of individual coals is studied so as to define optimum blending scheme.
