介绍了喷淋式饱和器生产硫酸铵的工艺,根据邯钢焦化厂的生产情况,发现存在腐蚀问题。分析了造成 腐蚀的原因,采取了多项防腐措施,使检修周期大大延长。
The process of spray type saturator for production of ammonium sulfate is described, according to the production situation of the Coking Plant of Handan Iron and Steel company, the corrosion problem has been found, the corrosion reason has been analyzed, many anti- corrosion measures have been taken, so the maintenance time is greatly prolonged.
