旋转整复手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

Arteria Vertebralis Cervical Spondylopthy Treated with Rotating-restitutional Maneuver

目的观察旋转整复手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将160例椎动脉颈椎病患者分成治疗组117例用旋转整复手法治疗,对照组43例用枕颏吊带牵引治疗。结果治疗组较对照组在减轻患者颈项痛、偏头痛、头晕等疗效上有显著性差异。结论旋转整复手法在改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床症状方面要优于枕颏吊带牵引。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of arteria vertebralis cervical spondylopthy treated by Rotating-restitutional maneuver. Methods： 160 cases suffering from arteria vertebralis cervical spondylopthy were divided into 2 groups. 117 cases in group 1 were treated hy Rotating-restitutional maneuver,in contrast, other 43 cases were treated by gallus tow. Result：Compared with gallus tow,rotating-restitutional maneuver had notable differences in reducing neck pain,migraine,swirl, etc. of the patients. Conclusion： Rotating-restitutional maneuver was more effective than gallus tow in improving the clinical symptoms of the patients who suffered from arteria vertebralis cervical spondylopthy.
