摘要
采用MTT比色法测定当归饮子水煎剂对人外周血单一核细胞增殖功能的影响.结果显示,10^(-1)～10^(-7)mg/ml范围内的当归饮子能单独或协同PHA发挥促进人外周血单一核细胞增殖的作用。
Test the effect of Dangui Yinzi Decoction on the monocyte hyperplasia in human being peripheral blood with MTT colorimetric method. The result shows that Dangui Yinzi within 10^-1-10^-7mg/ml can uniquely or together with PHA promote the monocyte hyperplasia in human being peripheral blood.
