摘要
肩关节周围炎是一组表现为肩痛及运动功能障碍的症候群,治疗方法多种多样,包括药物治疗、主动功能锻炼、神经阻滞、松解术以及针灸、推拿等的综合治疗。笔者对近年来国内外有关肩周炎治疗方面的文献作了归纳及综述。
Scapulohumeral periarthritis is a symptom group showing shoulder pain and kinesis failure,it has many treatments,including drugs, voluntary exercise, nerve blocking, lytics, and the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture and massage as well. The authors make summary and review on the documents at home and abroad about the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
