血管内皮生长因子及其受体蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化法对60例乳腺癌、12例良性乳腺病变组织中VEGF及其受体FLT-1的表达进行检测,探讨其与微血管密度(MVD)、PCNA蛋白及临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果:乳腺癌和良性乳腺组织中VEGF评分分别为8(6 ̄9)分和3(2.25 ̄4.00)分,乳腺癌中表达水平明显升高(P=0.000);乳腺癌组织中血管内皮细胞FLT-1表达阳性率为58.3%,高于良性乳腺组织(25%)(P=0.035),一些乳腺癌细胞也有不同程度FLT-1表达。乳腺癌组织中VEGF与FLT-1表达相关(r=0.311,P=0.016),两者都与MVD相关(r=0.371,P=0.004;r=0.313,P=0.015);乳腺癌组织中VEGF表达与PCNA相关(r=0.353,P=0.006)。乳腺癌组织中VEGF、FLT-1表达与患者年龄、肿块大小、淋巴结转移状况、肿瘤分期、雌、孕激素受体状况之间无明显相关性。结论:乳腺癌组织中VEGF、FLT-1蛋白表达水平升高,且与MVD相关,提示它们在乳腺癌血管生成中起重要作用,乳腺癌组织中VEGF表达与PCNA相关,提示高表达VEGF的肿瘤细胞增殖性较强。另外,发现一些乳腺癌细胞也有不同程度FLT-1表达,提示VEGF、FLT-1在乳腺癌生长中起自分泌调节作用。
