介绍了集成运放的发展及特点,对集成运放在使用过程中容易发生的损坏现象及保护措施进行了相关的探讨。重点讨论了电源极性接错和电源启动瞬间过压的保护以及输入端和输出端的保护,并对保护电路中引起的一些问题加以了关注。
The paper introduces the development and characteristics of the integrated operational amplifier, also makes discussion on the damage phenomena arising during the operation of integrated operational amplifier and the protection measures, emphatically studies the protections of power supply polarity error, instant overvoltage in starting power supply ,input and output,and has more attention to some problems in protection circuit.
