2型糖尿病患者糖尿病视网膜病变患病率及其相关危险因素

Prevalence of diabetic retinopathy and its correlated risk factors of 1254 type 2 diabetic patients

2002年3月至2003年1月本院1254例2型糖尿病人中糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患病率为23.6%,其中男性为19.9%,女性为26.4%,新诊断的2型糖尿病患者中DR患病率为11.3%。年龄、病程、收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇是DR发病的危险因素。

The prevalence of diabetic retinopathy was 23.6% in 1254 type 2 diabetics of our hospital during the period of March 2002-January 2003, 19.9% for male and 26.4% for female. The prevalence of diabetic retinopathy of new onset type 2 diabetes was 11.3%. Age, duration of disease, SBP, DBP, TC and LDL were risk factors of diabetic retinopathy.
