摘要
目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与代谢综合征(MS)及其组分的关系。方法对219例自然人群行口服葡萄糖耐量试验,并测定血脂、血尿酸、hs-CRP。结果219例被抽查人群中,有MS者hs-CRP水平明显高于无MS者,且随着MS组分数目增多,hs-CRP水平逐渐升高(P<0.01)。相关分析显示hs-CRP浓度和年龄、体质指数、腰臀比、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、餐后血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿酸、HOMA-IR呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关。在调整年龄、性别、吸烟的影响后,hs-CRP与MS发生显著相关(P<0.01)。结论循环血hs-CRP浓度与MS组分多少有关,hs-CRP水平增高是MS发生的重要标志。
Objective To study the associations of the serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)with the metabolic syndrome(MS) and its components. Methods 219 sampling-randomized subjects were given oral glucose tolerance test, and measurements of the levels of serum lipids, urinal acid and hs-CRP. Results Out of 219 subjects, the concentration of serum hs-CRP was significantly higher in subjects with MS than that without the MS, and the hs-CRP level rose gradually along with the increase of the number of MS components (P〈0.01). Correlation analyses indicated that the serum hs-CRP was associated positively with age, BMI, WHR, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose, 2-h plasma glucose, triglyeeride, total cholesterol, uric acid and Homa-IR, and negatively with HDL-C. After adjusting the influences of age, sex and smoking, there was a significant association between serum hs-CRP and MS occurrence (P〈0.01). Conclusion The concentration of serum hs-CRP rises with the increase of the number of MS components, and a high concentration of serum hs-CRP may be a valuable marker of MS.
