摘要 采用opaque-2(o2)基因内SSR分子标记技术与表型分析,对目前育种上运用广泛的马齿型玉米自交系Z58和硬粒型C72回交转育成的高赖氨酸近等基因系QZ58和QC72家系进行研究,结果表明,QZ58和QC72家系含有o2 o2纯合基因型,2个自交系家系胚乳硬质度发生了不同的变化。QZ58家系仅有3种表现型,而QC72家系却出现了6种类型,呈现出连续性变异。这说明o2基因对不同种质玉米胚乳影响具有明显差异。 The different endosperm types among QZ58 and QC72 isogenic lines, from normal corn lines Zheng58 and Chang72 were studied by SSR mark identifiation technique and analysis within opaque-2 gene. The results showed that there were 6 different endosperm types among QC72 isogenic line and only 3 endosperm types among QZ58 isogenic line. The hardness QC72 appears a series of continuous variations. The remainder of liter weight between Zheng58 and QZ58 isogenic lines are higher than Chang72 and QC72 isogenic lines. The higher the liter weight of recurrent parent is, the higher the weight of its genealogical line is. So it is important to chose a hard endosperm line as recurrent parent when corn breeding in quality protein maize(QPM).
