信息化环境下的上海邮电发展策略

Shanghai P&T Development Strategies under Environment of Informationization

推进国民经济信息化,邮电是主力军。上海邮电不失时机,积极研究信息化环境下的邮电发展策略,提出了面向21世纪的两大信息化工程,主动迎接上海在向国际化水准大都市迈进和社会信息化所带来的挑战。为此,本刊特邀上海邮电管理局程锡元局长撰文,纲要性地介绍上海信息港邮电212工程及其实施。

: Posts and telecommunications are the main force to promote the national economic informationization. Shanghai P&T Administration has lost no time to make active research into the P&T development strategies under the informationized environment, putting forward two major 21 st-century-oriented informationization projects and taking the initiative in meeting the challenges brought about by the social informationization and Shanghai's steps towards the advanced international metropolitan standards. Under the special request of WT, Mr. Cheng Xiyuan, Director General of the Shanghai P&T Administration wrote this paper, outlining the 212 P& T Projects for the Shanghai Information Port and its implementation.
