菝葜根茎中黄酮类化合物的提取与含量测定

Extraction and Determination of Total Flavonoids from Roots of Smilax China L.

对菝葜植物根茎中黄酮类成分进行了定量测定和定性分析。结果表明,在菝葜植物根茎中含有黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、二氢黄酮醇等多种黄酮类化合物。以芦丁为标准品,用分光光度法测得菝葜根茎中总黄酮含量为3.36%。

：Flavonoids in the roots of Smilax. China L were analyzed qualitatively. It was found that the roots of Smilax China L contained flavone, flavonol, dihydroflavone and dihydroflavonol etc.Total flavonoids content was also determined to be 3.36 % by spectrophotometric method using rutin as standard sample.
