四川旅游经济产业化发展对策与模式

Countermeasures and Patterns of Industrialization of Tourist Economy in Sichuan Province

针对作为旅游资源大省的四川在旅游经济效益方面处于全国甚至西部地区的中下水平,探讨如何开发这一产业,并使之成为四川经济的重要支柱产业。结合四川省的旅游经济现状、产业优势和出现的问题等方面进行分析,提出了四川省旅游经济产业化发展的3种模式,即政府主导模式、“资源+资本”模式、中外合资开发模式。

The article was aimed at the problems that tourist economic benefit of Sichuan Province was below the average level in Westem China and the whole county, though there were abundant tour resources in it. The article wanted to find countermeasures and patterns which could develop the tourist industry and would been important economy pillar in Sichuan Province. Based on analyzing the actual state, superiorities and problems of the tourist industry, the article posed three patterns of the industrialization of tourist economy in Sichuan Province, including government- guiding pattern, resources- fund pattern and sino- foreign- joint- openning up pattern.
