摘要
用电子探针、光学显微镜对电厂凝汽器泄漏铜管的成分、组织、微区元素分布进行分析。结果表明:凝汽器铜管的腐蚀属栓状脱锌腐蚀。针对脱锌腐蚀的原因提出了加强循环水监督和提高胶球清洗质量等措施。实践证明,采取措施后,腐蚀问题基本解决。
The composition and microstructure of the failed copper alloy tube in a condenser were studied by means of optical microscope and EMPA. The failure was caused by dezincification corrosion. Measures to improve the quality of recirculating cooling water and ball cleaning were put forward. The corrosion problems were solved by these measures.
