曲安奈德与丹参联合应用对兔耳增生性瘢痕作用的实验研究

Experimental study on the effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with dan-shen root for hypertropic scar on rabbit's ear

目的:探讨曲安奈德与丹参联合应用对兔耳增生型瘢痕的作用。方法:建立兔耳外伤性皮肤早期瘢痕模型,随机将实验兔分为A组(联合组),B组(曲安奈德组),C组(丹参组),D组(对照组),每组6只。分别局部注射曲安奈德和丹参混合液穴2:1雪、曲安奈德、丹参、生理盐水。每10d注射1次,共3次。治疗后30d在瘢痕处取材,观察其组织形态学及生化指标。结果:与D组相比A组、B组瘢痕变平、变软,色泽变浅,瘢痕增生指数及胶原纤维面密度均降低。C组颜色成深红色,仍呈山丘样隆起,但有减小趋势。结论:曲安奈德与丹参联合应用对增生性瘢痕有显著疗效,同时减少了药物的副作用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with danshen root for hypertropic scar on rabbit＇s ear. Methods： Acute model of dermal hypertrophic scar on rabbit＇s ear were established in 24 rabbits which were randomly divided into group A （triamcinolone acetonide： danshen root=2：1）, B （triamcinolone acetonide）, C （dan-shen root） and D （normal saline） （n=6）. All the animals were treated once every 10 days for 3 times. After 30 days treatment, the samples of each group were harvested and observed the histomorphology and the biochemical criterion. Results： Compared with group D, group A and B had their scars appeared to be softer, flatter, and lighter in color; the HI of scar and the area density on area of collagen decreased significantly; group C had their scars looked red in appearance, the hyperplastic index （HI） of scars and the area density on area of collagen didn＇t decreased significantly, but the cubage of scars had a tendency of decrease. Conclusion： Triamcinolone acetonide with dan-shen root have a evdient effect on hypertrophic scar in rabbits with few side-effect of medcine.
